Outlook & Office 365

Office 365 at Elon includes Outlook email and a variety of applications for communication and collaboration. Features include OneDrive to store, create and share documents, Teams for enhanced collaboration, Calendar, OneNote, Excel and more.

Outlook is the default email for incoming/new students, faculty, and staff .

Gmail & Google Suite

Google Suite (G-Suite) for Education at Elon includes Gmail email and a variety of applications for communication and collaboration. Features include Drive to store, create and share documents, Calendar, Hangouts for instant messaging and more.

Gmail is being phased out as the default email for students. All incoming students should use Outlook for email.
